2. Description of Service

CallZap provides an AI-powered missed call text back automation service for local businesses. Our platform automatically sends SMS messages to missed callers and includes features such as AI chatbot, appointment booking, and promotional content creation.

3. Subscription and Payment

CallZap offers monthly subscription plans starting at $49/month (Basic) and $99/month (Pro). All subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use CallZap only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including TCPA guidelines for SMS communications.

6. Privacy

Your use of CallZap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CallZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
