We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us at getnevermissai@gmail.com for a full refund.
After the 14-day money back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
To request a refund within the eligible period, email us at getnevermissai@gmail.com with your account email and reason for refund. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day guarantee window.
Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy at our discretion for exceptional circumstances such as technical issues that prevented use of the service.
